Quantity discount policy (same item):
1 to 12 pcs no discount
13 or more pcs 6% discount

shipping to New York State will add 8.875% sales tax
(please note: sales tax only apply to merchandise after discount)


Shipping charge policy:
order total $50 and under (after discount)
$6 shipping charge
order total $50.01 to $99.99 (after discount)
$8 shipping charge
order total $100 or more (after discount)
10% of order total


Return policy:
All Returns and Exchanges of purchase orders must be submitted before 15 days of purchase. To exchange or be rewarded a refund you must call our toll free number (877) 815-4662 and request a RA#(return authorization number). After you are given a RA# you will be ask to write this number in bold on the merchandise purchase box and return the order back to us. Once we receive the merchandise we will then refund or exchange your purchase ordered. All refunds are only for the merchandise cost, shipping not included in refund.
